Selection Criteria for Junior Merit Scholarship 2024 in Odisha

Principal’s Validation: The Applicant’s records are validated online by the Principal of the respective Higher Secondary School or Institute.
The final merit/selection list is induced based on the percentage of marks obtained in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination. Applicants are selected in descending order of merit that occurs.
In case of a tie in merit percentages, the Applicant with a lower parental income ceiling is given preference.

Duration and Renewal

Cancellation of Scholarship
Scholarships can be canceled under certain possibilities
If an Applicant obtains the Scholarship through false statements or forged documents.Discontinuation
